This is an 10mm nut (1.25 pitch), it is commonly used on our exhaust manifolds to fasten the turbine housing to the manifold.  These exhaust studs are sold individually and used in our MK3 and MK4 12V VR6 turbo kits to fasten turbine housing to exhaust manifold.
