SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At E9X Ontario, we are committed to providing reliable shipping services to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order with E9X Ontario, you agree to the terms outlined below.


LOCAL PICKUP

At this time, local pickup is not available.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.


SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

  • Within Canada, orders are shipped primarily via Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS and Freight Shipping

  • International orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Freight Shipping

  • Shipping rates vary based on destination, size, and weight and are calculated at checkout where possible

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Fees such as customs, import, or duties are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Customers are fully responsible for any such charges

  • E9X Ontario is not responsible for customs delays or additional costs


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • North America

  • Europe

  • Select South American countries

Shipping availability may change at any time.


SECTION 1 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (ADDRESS & FITMENT)

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if re-shipment is required

Product Fitment

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection and vehicle compatibility.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering

  • E9X Ontario is not responsible for incorrect fitment due to customer-provided information

  • Incorrect fitment does not qualify for refund or replacement


SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days

  • If an item is not in stock, customers will be notified once production or restocking is complete

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Items labeled as “made to order”, including but not limited to carbon fiber parts, custom plaques, custom wheels, or special-order items, require additional production time.

By ordering such items, you acknowledge and accept extended processing and production timelines.


SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • Domestic & International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Events beyond our control

E9X Ontario is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.


SECTION 4 – TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages and from different fulfillment locations

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring timely receipt


SECTION 5 – DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All items are packaged with protective materials; however, damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damage

    • Photos of the packaging

Damage claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

Shipping-related damage claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval. Customers are responsible for checking packages at delivery to check for any damages. If customer signs for the package they are accepting that it has no damages and no insurance coverage will be approved.

E9X Ontario may assist with documentation but does not guarantee replacement or refund approval.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • E9X Ontario is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier

  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for confirmed deliveries


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns

Returns lost in transit will not be refunded.


SHIPPING POLICY UPDATES

E9X Ontario reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that transaction.
