Return Policy

Limited Time Policy 
Returns are accepted for review only 14 days after the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange. We are very strict about this policy, thank you for understanding. 

Pre-Shipping Processing & Cancellations

Pre-Shipping processing is the time it takes from when you place your order on our shop to when it gets packed up and shipped out. This timeframe varies from product to product, especially if your item is a pre-order or custom product.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. Thank you in advance for understanding. 

Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations. If you would like to make an order change or cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us

Some cancellations may incur a cancellation fee and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

 Restocking fees range from 20-45% depending on the item. Please contact us for more information.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to modify your order before it gets processed for fulfillment. If your order is already in process and you no longer want your order, you will have to wait to receive it, then process a return request for it to be considered for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ask that you inspect your item(s) when you receive it to avoid any problems.

Please do not send your package back to the manufacturer or us without contacting us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Requests sent after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Any item purchased at a discount or on sale will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item has arrived with defects or damages you will. You only have 48 hours from time of delivered to file your claim.

Warranty
Items vary on warranty. Not all items have warranty. Items specified in having warranty in the description will have warranty. Most of these items will be a standard 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. You will be responsible for shipping and handling.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
E9x Ontario Ltd. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are unable to do anything in this situation. We will send tracking once packages are shipped and delivered. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. 

Order Cancelations
After an order is placed you (the customer) will have 6 hours (in most cases) to cancel it. After this period your order may be labeled as processing and you may have to receive it, then return it.
