Do you offer local pick up?
At this time our curbside pickup option is not available. 


How much is the shipping?
In Canada we ship via Canada Post, rates may differer depending on your location. For U.S. and International shipping rates please check at contact us.
We do not take any responsibility nor cover the cost of any customs duties that you may be charged.


Which Countries do you ship?
The United States and Canada is our main customer base and we do offer shipping to other countries, you will need to contact us directly.


Section 1 -  Incorrect Shipping and Item Info
We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided regarding shipping addresses. You will not be refunded or get a replacement if you've provided the incorrect shipping information.
We are not responsible for incorrect item information provided regrading fitment. Please double check that the correct info is provided for the item you've selected and read the description. You will not get a refund or replacement part if you gave the incorrect information. 

Section 2 - Shipping Schedule 
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing for your order to ship out, if it's in stock. If it's not in stock you will be notified when it is made and ready for shipment.
Please note all "made to order" items such as carbon parts, custom plaque, custom wheels and any other item which is labeled as "made to order" will have its own production time. Please be patient with your orders.

Section 3 -  Shipping Time
Average transit times: 7 - 15 Business days (Due to COVID 19 delivery time may be longer)

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Section 4. - Tracking Number
We provide tracking for every order, tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centres across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. 

Section 5 - Damaged Items
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customer’s report that around 1 in 10000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
